Delete your Lena account

You can delete your Lena account and everything stored with it at any time.

From the app

Open Lena, go to Settings, then tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.

If you can’t access the app

Fill in the form below with the email address on your account. We’ll verify it’s you and delete the account within 30 days — usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Everything below is erased permanently and cannot be recovered:

Your profile and account details
Cycle and period history
Daily health and wellness metrics
Chat history with Lena and with doctors
Quiz results and reports
Symptoms, medications and reminders
Push notification tokens

What we keep

Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you. If you have purchased a subscription, we retain transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
