- Your account, health data, chats and files sit on servers in the EU, under GDPR.

- Not to advertisers, insurers, employers or data brokers. No ad trackers in the app.
- Not training material
- Your health data never trains third-party AI models. Our AI providers are contractually barred from it.
- You decide who sees it
- A doctor sees your record only when you start a Doctor Chat and agree.
- Gone when you say so
- Delete your account in the app. It’s erased within 30 days, and from backups within 90.
